Welcome to the 30 Minutes in the Life Blog Circle. Here's my installment of 30 Minutes in the Life!

"We humans have lost the wisdom of genuinely resting and relaxing. We worry too much. We don't allow our bodies to heal, and we don't allow our minds and hearts to heal." ~Thich Nhat Hann

Nestled in between a florist shop and an alleyway and across the street from a school playground in the village of Larchmont, New York is Heaven, quite literally.  This heaven I speak of is called Sacred. When you Google "Sacred of Larchmont" it is described as a metaphysical supply store. Yes you can find all sort of amazing crystals, candles, tarot cards, books about chakras.  You can get lost for hours just looking at all the wonderful items they have displayed. BUT this is not the purpose of Sacred.

Sacred is place to come to to heal, to rest, to find meaning, to find yourself, to recharge. Sacred is a place to just "be".

I looked up a definition of Sacred. It said, "an example of sacred is a prized collection that you dearly love and that you expect everyone to treat carefully and respectfully". Sacred in Larchmont shows you that the sacred prized collection is actually YOU! That sacred prized collection is you, your journey on this earth; it is your soul, it is your energy, it is your vibration.

If you have a problem you need help navigating you can stop by Sacred and have a card pulled, pick out a crystal, talk to the amazing Lisa and Val pictured below. Sacred won't give you the answers but what it will give you is guidance. And who couldn't use a little guidance?

Below are some photos from my visit to Sacred....
