"A story has no beginning or end: arbitrarily one chooses that moment of experience from which to look back or from which to look ahead.” ~Graham GreeneThe End of the Affair

Bring it on March, the month of spring!!  Here's my week in reverse!  Enjoy!!

The Daily Frame | 57 of 365:

"Lenses or 'windows' are placed between the subject and the camera, between the object and the viewer, and between the viewer and the artist. How do these filter and distort the image? What effects occur when there are multiple 'windows'? What happens when there are none?" ~Peter Ciccariello

The Daily Frame | 56 of 365:
"Sweets to the Sweet." ~ William Shakespeare

It was a cake pop kind of day.

The Daily Frame | 55 of 365:

"I’ve said it before, and by gosh, I’ll say it again — don’t be afraid to toot your own horn.” ~Emlyn Chand

I guess this goes along with the quote "if you don't believe in yourself no one else will." The trick to real self-promotion though is to do it unapologetically....

The Daily Frame | 54 of 365:

“Is life not a thousand times too short for us to bore ourselves?”
~Friedrich Nietzsche

I'm not sure playing a 52 card pick up is what Nietzsche had in mind when he said this but this is what we did today....

The Daily Frame | 53 of 365:

"In matters of style, swim with the current; in matters of principle, stand like a rock." ~Thomas Jefferson

It's all about the hat....I think it fits her personality so well...

The Daily Frame | 52 of 365:

"There is no must in Art because Art is free." ~W. Kandinsky

I learned this early on and pass on to them as well. She is my artist.

The Daily Frame | 51 of 365:

"The thing to do, it seems to me, is to prepare yourself so you can be a rainbow in somebody else's cloud. Somebody who may not look like you; may not call God the same name you call God - if they call God at all. You may not dance their dances or speak their language. But be a blessing to somebody. That's what I think."

~Maya Angelou

How I was raised. How I live my life. How I raise my children.

Well, said Ms. Angelou. Well said.
